Modular Storage Buildings

Modular Buildings are the perfect solution if there is a need for a storage unit that exceeds our hazmat models in size. Modular buildings are build to the same safety standards as our standard hazmat building models and can be built with 2 & 4 hr fire rating configuration.

Prefabricated Modular Buildings for Hazmat, Chemical and Agricultural Storage. Fire Rated with Damage Limiting Construction. These structures are also designed for non-storage usage such as Turn-Key Military and emergency Base camps (Barracks, Infirmary, Facilities, mess, kitchen, jail/brig, administrative buildings, etc.). These are much sturdier than tents against tampering and weather. Quicker deployment and less on site preparation is needed. Prefabricated enclosure is simply a room within a building where the operators have a great deal of control over all factors that affect the interior. Hazmat Buildings with Rooms & Separation Wall

Buildings can be designed with a separation wall allowing you to store incompatible materials. Safety cabinets can also be installed inside the building to separate the different materials. Contact the proper authority having jurisdiction, usually the local Fire Marshal, to determine the appropriate solution for your situation.

Stackable Drum Storage option is suitable for increased storage capacity. Top rack can be accessible with forklift for easy relocation of drums. Spill Containment Sumps are sized to comply with current OSHA and EPA requirements.
